Our Team

Cliff Jones — President and General Manager

Cliff is the President and General Manager of CE Mid-Atlantic. He has over 31 years of experience in the HVAC industry. He has served in various roles including inside sales, outside sales, sales management, and branch management. In 2000, Cliff was promoted to the General Manager position to run the CE Mid-Atlantic region. In 2011, his role was upgraded to the President position. Cliff's career started in 1982 with Automatic Equipment Sales, and he has worked in the region ever since.

Robert Scott — Vice President of Sales

Robert is the Vice President of Sales for CE Mid-Atlantic. In this role, he oversees sales and business growth opportunities for the region. Robert joined CE Mid-Atlantic in January, 2005. He has been in the industry since 1995. He has previously served as Director of Sales & Marketing, Market General Manager and Residential Sales Manager for Norfolk and Richmond, VA. Previously, Robert held various leadership positions both within and out of the HVAC industry. He was the President & General Manager of a large HVAC Dealer/Contractor prior to Joining CE MA. Robert holds a B.A. in Business Management with an emphasis in Accounting from Virginia Wesleyan College, Norfolk, VA.

Tom Holt — Vice President of Finance

Tom is the Director of Finance for CE Mid-Atlantic. Tom has over 31 years of finance, accounting and operational experience. He joined the organization in 1993 and has held several roles of increasing responsibilities throughout his career including Operations Manager, General Manager, Controller and Director of Finance. Tom holds a Bachelor's of Science in Accounting from the University of Richmond and previously held a CPA Certificate in the State of Virginia.

Dave Shepherd — Regional Credit Manager

Dave is the Regional Credit Manager for CE Mid-Atlantic. He began his career with CE Mid-Atlantic as a credit manager in July 2013. Prior to joining CE Mid-Atlantic, Dave was the Direct of Credit for another HVAC distributor from May 2007 to July 2013. From 1993 to 2007, Dave was the Director of Credit for Cadmus Communications. David is married, and he has three children and four grand-children. Dave graduated from Florida State University with a B.S. in Criminology.

Audrey Collins — Director of Human Resources

Audrey is the Director of Human Resources for CE Mid-Atlantic. In this role she oversees all human resource related activities including training for the region. Audrey joined CE Mid-Atlantic in January 2011 and became Director of HR in October 2011. Prior to CE Mid-Atlantic, Audrey held numerous positions with Reynolds Metals Company, Alcoa and Reynolds Packaging Group spanning over 20+ years in varying HR managerial capacities. She has extensive generalist experience. Audrey holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Richmond.

Michelle Lee — Director of Marketing and E-Commerce

Michelle Lee is the Director of Marketing & E-Commerce for CE Mid-Atlantic. She joined CE Mid-Atlantic in May of 2012 and has held various roles, including Customer Service Representative, Inside Sales, and Territory Manager. Michelle earned her Bachelor’s Degree with a major in Business Marketing from Radford University in 2012. Michelle has over 8 years of HVAC experience.

Joseph Miller - Regional Commercial Sales Manager

Joe is the Regional Commercial Sales Manager for CE Mid-Atlantic. This role includes oversight of the three commercial segments, Packaged Unitary Equipment, VRF and Controls. Joe joined CE Mid-Atlantic in June of 2008, after a long tenure in industrial sales that included a strong concentration in consultative and application sales within the manufacturing industry. Prior to his advancement as the Regional Commercial Sales Manager, Joe served as a Commercial Sales Representative and a Commercial Sales Engineer for the Richmond Market. Joe holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Averett University, Danville, VA.

Mary Johnson — Customer Service Manager

Mary is the Customer Service Manager for CE Mid-Atlantic, a position that she has held since she joined the team in 2008. She is also the Cisco Phone System point of contact for the region. Mary has over 18 years of experience working in various Customer Service positions and previously worked in the cell phone and banking industries. She enjoys promoting a fun work environment and plans activities throughout the year to keep the office entertained.

Pete Hart — General Manager

Pete is the Regional Brand Strategy Manager for CE Mid-Atlantic. He is responsible for the implementation of key sales initiatives and programs for CE Mid-Atlantic. Pete returned to CE Mid-Atlantic in 2011 and served as the General Manager for the Baltimore MD market until October 2014. His HVAC career began in 1992 with Automatic Equipment Sales in Richmond VA and then to Houston TX. He has served in various sales, operations, and management roles. Prior to joining the HVAC industry, Pete served in the Air Force as a B-52 Pilot during Desert Shield / Storm. He received his Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy in 1987. Pete is married with two children.

Johnny Asimakopoulos — General Manager

Johnny is the General Manager for the Roanoke VA Market and surrounding areas. He began working for Automatic Equipment Sales in 1981 on the parts counter. Since then he has held various positions starting with counter sales, inventory planner, inside sales, territory manager, sales manager and currently General Manager. Johnny is married and has two children.

Grant Spencer — General Manager

Grant is the General Manager for the West Virginia, Southwest Virginia, and Eastern Kentucky markets. He joined CE Mid-Atlantic in March, 2016. He has 25 years of HVAC/R experience. Prior to joining CE Mid-Atlantic he has held various positions including Sales Engineer, Sales Manager, and Regional Sales Manager for other HVAC/R Distributors, as well as working for a Mechanical Contractor on the service side of the business. Grant received his Electrical Engineering Degree from Georgia Tech in 1990. He is also active in ASHRAE and is married with 4 children.

Jim Vickers — General Manager

Jim is the General Manager for the Washington DC Metro market. Prior to accepting the position of general manager Jim was the Sales Manager for the Washington DC Metro market, a position that he had held since 1997. Jim began his HVAC career with Automatic Equipment Sales in 1976 in Beltsville MD. Since then he has held positions in parts counter sales, purchasing, inside sales, Territory Manager, and Sales Manager.

Scott McGrew — General Manager

Scott is the General Manager of the Richmond market which includes Richmond, Northern Neck, Charlottesville, and Fredericksburg. Scott began his employment with CE Mid-Atlantic as a TM in 2013. He has 12 years of HVAC experience, is a graduate of Marshall University, and is married with three children.
