Technical support via phone is available to customers Monday-Friday, from 8:30am to 5:00pm. Customers will receive a callback from one of our Customer Assurance Managers. Call back times may be affected by high call volumes during peak seasons, inclement weather, as well as Statutory Holidays.
In the event your case cannot be resolved by phone we can arrange for an on-site visit with one of our qualified Customer Assurance Managers. This service is for contractors who must have an open account with CE, and covers one (1) site visit. The Dealer contractor is responsible for any service related tasks needing to be performed on equipment during the visit. On-site Visit Fee may be waived depending on the issue found during the site visit. All fees will be handled on a cases by case basis.
